DOJ







I know lots going on with compliance and speaker programs. Would think doing 15 programs per quarter would be considered a kickback. (Yep now we know how some reps do it!) Know they are looking at reps with respect to this but wouldn't management be held accountable also since they have to approve additional programs above the minimum?
 












not only do they approve them they force them as part of keeping your job, I was above goal and #2 in region and only ding on review was not enough programs
Yea so true, my offices dont even want to hear another acthar program yet i have to go out and find some idiot's office that i can bring in my momey hungry doctor with my money humgry manager. Such a kickback and worse is our customers that dont really want a program know EXACTLY why we are doing this. So ashamed!

Told that DOJ now issuing subpoenas to reps that have already left company so that maybe they get more information about company/management and compliamce activities. Hope these reps will not holdback and will tell all! Also if they are subpoenaed they cannot discuss with anyone. SMART move on part of DOJ to talk to those that will share all and not risk losing job!
 












Bad news for so many that haven't left. Employees that left have no allegiance anymore to Mallinkrodt. Hope they get to them before Sept 14.
Don't know if you are with company or not, but you might want to hope they get to question them after 9/14. Thats because if found in violation, any Federal agency has the right to withhold any future bonus payment at anytime if they believe was earned in non compliant manner and that goes for sales bonus, retention bonus, and may even involve retirement that was not part of employee contribution. If you dont believe me, this has happened at other companies. Just so you know.....

Most will leave by after Sept 14 so they they don't care about future bonus etc. They will get their monies and move on.
I think I will get my retention bonus in sept and then look for a new job after the first of year. That way, I can goof off oct nov dec and really have a good halloween thanksgiving and christmas and barely do any work! Life is good! Thanks MNK!
 


















WHERE IS ALL THE CASH GOING THAT THIS COMPANY MAKES? Do they have to spend that much cash to growers of poppies in afghanistan to make their pain medicines? Wish the government would find out where it is all going to. I think this is a very valid question. This company makes more cash than any other company, yet WHERE IS IT GOING TO?
