DOJ will take BILLIONS and shut down MNK

...love the "it was QCOR's fault and done on former management's watch"...Do they think people are dumb enough to buy that when 4 of the key board directors from QCOR who oversaw the shady sales and marketing practices to push snake oil on greedy doctors came over immediately to the MNK board as directors (AR, MB, DB, VT) after the acquisition making MILLIONS based on $5.6 B takeout price of their stakes in QCOR (DOJ and SEC should look into the dishonest due diligence that was executed and subpoena MNK finance team that were part of the deal model manipulation who were ordered to actively inflate the deal model that justified the 5.6B price tag and to not account for the downside risk of all the marketing and sales practices that they were aware of...). This was all done to give the simpletons on the board of directors cover to approve the deal. Those QCOR and then MNK board members not only served or are serving on the current board but the former and current Chairman of the MNK board are former QCOR board members! You cannot make this stuff up. When people wonder why the BOD has not taken action...they are in on it!! Granted only one of the remaining QCOR board members is still on the board (as chairman) but they were serving nearly 3 of the last 4 years...this is all public! Who do they think believes their spin ?

acthar is done. I recently left. I could not do it anymore. Work my asss off for nothing. Only to be given half ass direction from our “leaders”. Joke. All talk in a circle and what it use to be. Grow up. Those days are done. Hopefully they will start looking into this KOL issue even more. The most crooked bunch of assholes I have ever seen. Neph and Rheum specifically.

I am in absolute awe this company is still in business and that MT and HO are still in positions of power. Whoever said the DOJ will run away with their tail between their legs after talking with those two..... The greed is unprecedented. Disgusting, idiotic and unethical leadership that is STILL THERE.

These POSs are what is wrong with the healthcare system. When you have a specialty product that you have done 0 RND, and effects infants, Jack up the price to make a profit. Yep that’s a great idea.

When I worked here I overheard someone say if the division didn’t make their number one quarter they would just increase the price to the customer and the patient to make it up.

It’s not just Executive level but extends all way down to vp level. Why does our pulmonary national sales director direct us to target only Medicare and Medicaid? I mean I don’t and never have asked a doctor if their patient can pay or not with any company or product. So why does he think this is legal to promote Acthar this way? Just sayin’ makes me very
Uncomfortable.

I hate this place but no. None of that sounds like MNK or they would have gotten a letter by now

All of these describe how Acthar is falsely promoted, especially the last 3. It’s a shame the opioids will take this company out, Acthar really needs its own expose’ on the false marketing, price gouging and lack of data. Either way justice is coming...
