Does the toxic culture ever end? So a lot of people are off for the holiday and the derm LT sends an email out with zero warning, stating once again they are reevaluating goals and payouts. Then they hit us with the bombshell that we aren’t getting paid Q3 bonus on Friday. We have to wait so they can reconfigure everything for people who can’t perform and so they can get a payout! What company sets unattainable goals, quarter after quarter, then changes it and pays out people at the bottom? Furthermore, the fact that they changed the payout date for the 3rd quarter is criminal. Carlos needs to clean house and fast before the decent reps leave.
 








They want to pay out less nationwide. They have a pool, say $1000, now they decided that’s to much, $750 is better, reconfiguring numbers to match the new pool of bonus money.

I'm at Amgen and I made my, "crush deucra summer contest" top 10 payout. It gets paid tomorrow. Can wait to receive my $15k. Easy money. You silly Sotyktu reps keep bashing my product and customers tell me you do my work for me.

haha…you Otezla reps have quite the reputation in the space as being soft and a group of underachievers. I mean, you didn’t need to work for so long until we came around, and now you actually have to try. In my territory, I am blowing your shit-causing, 30% efficacy sugar pill away. I am stunned Amgen is giving such a high payout of $15k for being the second most popular pill.
 




BMS Derm leadership should be ashamed of themselves. They knew for some time that they weren’t going to pay and they knew most people would be off so they could slip an email in. They say they care about people but they don’t. They never will. Making a decision like this changes how people feel about an organization. Get out if you can! All of immunology is TOXIC!
 








I woke up this morning and decided to check my email. This company is so out of touch with sales. So you don’t pay me or anyone else in Derm our horrible bonuses, but thank God I can expense a whole $50 dollars for pizza or a movie. Nice gesture but get a clue LT Team. I expect a mass exit soon. Although with the savior overlays coming I plan on 25k bonus in Q1. This place is toxic, this place is a joke! I can’t believe I wish I was a still at my old company!

I am in Heme. I thought all the divisions had the same payout bonus schedule? I looked at my paycheck and didn't see a bonus either. No email that it was delayed though.

yeah yeah me too! I have more than a 40% NBRX share just like everyone in my district! Yeah, yeah. that's why our Q3 earrings were so record breaking. Yeah, yeah, we are killing it here. The market loves us and has responded with first place! We are number one! Go duecra! Yeah.

Precisely. This is the most chaotic company I have ever worked for. All this talk of culture is a joke. It’s so underhanded. Is it like this in all divisions?
