Does anyone know what the contact number for HR to report a Director?

You know it is bad when the useless vocal hacks are looking around saying where are those employees who actually got stuff done . Noone who can actually do anything is left. Maybe a few miserable souls sinking fast or hoping for a package on the way to their next gig.

Just sad state. Leadership team has one Ph.D. and it is in psychology (self diagnosing often) and leads HR. It has one MD who the interim head of R&D holds and the degree is from India. The CMO who isnt on the leadership team has an MD from Russia. But there are lots of MBAs. Like all of them.

Not a good look. Isnt Biogen a cambridge company with nobel prizes in its history? History being the key word.

The Journal of Counterproductive Attempts to Save Face is the top journal in a niche neurology field that is written in English and was willing to be influenced to publish Biogen's Aduhelm data without edits or comments.

The People's Friendship University in Moscow maintains the top international medical center in dosing undetectable drugs as applied in sports programs since Lance Armstrong stopped cycling.

And finally, psychology is a key skill for running a con (like claiming a failed phase 3 should be reanalyzed for wide open approval).

You can be a college hire doing data entry for Workday one day, and then an HR Senior Director the next. I have never seen anything like the circus that is Biogen HR. That same Senior Director will be the one to tell you that it is very competitive to be promoted or to get a raise and you need to work harder and wait your turn. They don’t do that of course. Remember that HR guy who wrote about his drug problems on LinkedIn (“I’m using again”) and then got promoted to Sr Director in Commercial and then left go to go Vertex. And the Head of D&I/Op. Effectiveness is an Indian Social Worker posing as a black, female lawyer. She can’t hold on to employees because her hobby is to make the people who work for her cry.

Lots of MBAs. No scientific Ph.D.s (as in ZERO). No MDs from US research hospitals.

For the set too lazy to figure it out (including the street). The team that Michel built and underlying thinking are driving the decay of Biogen. He either is too dumb to realize this is a bad team, or he just doesn't care. Probably both but the first one led Biogen here.
