if you need to replace ALL your therapeutical heads but one in a year, what does that say about Trevor as a leader?? So now he suddenly knows how it SHould be done right?

It was more than that !

4 Therapeutic Heads
4 Franchise Heads
1 Head of Safety - poor Marielle, she got unfairly treated like a cum rag
1 Head of Regulatory - ah, good for Matt, now in BMS
1 Head of Clinical Operations - who got demoted to cleaning lady level.
1 Head of Biologics - who got canned after 6 months in the job
1 Sr VP of R&D - Ron....for demonstrating every day true leadership and gentleman's values/behaviors....BIG LOSS

And let's not talk about the handful of GPHs who had different perspective on the development programs they were leading....thinking of the Hepatitis GPH....who Gerda personally called and fired after an IMB meeting where it was agreed to terminate the program.

Only those who kiss his behind (...quite flat, I might add)....who survive.
