Do we need more reps?

You should be very careful posting confidential details on CP. There is only a small number of people starting tomorrow and by giving your experience and pay, you just identified yourself. Posting confidential company information is a quick way to get fired from the job you haven't even started yet!

We are all paid based on our experience and there is not any difference in what a ventiv rep gets and what we get. There are a lot of reps who have been here for a while and they make more because they have worked their way up to it and earned a higher base.

Do Mallinckrodt reps have fleet cars or a car reimbursement program?

MNK reps, (MNK is stock symbol) company employees have company cars with gas cards and maintainence, insurance etc.

Previously we had the choice of a couple of cars. Now it is Equinox(s) for all reps. I like the EQNX a lot so no complaints here. I think the super high mileage, 100,000+ that a few reps had before the last car order resulted from the transition from COV to MNK. I may be wrong on that detail.

A poster in a thread above said we pay about $60 from every check to cover personal use. We do mileage logs that are turned in around November 1 each year. I drive a lot of personal miles and am honest about them and have heard no complaints.

Also if you are or become a Sr rep, you get some perks on the car like a remote starter and heated seats. Remote starters on nice when it is super cold or super hot.

I think the contract sales force gets Malibu's for company cars and maybe a different one if they are in the snow belt. That is an Inventive question.

You are really nice to leave this information. Thank you!
