A rep from another company today asked me about our culture…and the first thing that crossed my mind was “every man for himself”. Do we have a culture? And how long does it take to build a culture? Are we trying to?

I guess it really goes to show you your boss/manager can really make or break your experience. I am confused why it seems so many people seem disgruntled here. I honestly love working at phathom, LOVE the product and my team is good. We have good comradery and phunny group chats...and the work/life balance is the best I have had. Compared to my last company, we are much more informed and get regular updates, article posts and other corporate news alerts from headquarters.

Am I the outlier here???

You must be in NY or another area doing well. Love my overall team. The company culture? Not so much. The stress is over the top. Culture went out the window the day the PIPs came out.

Look we should have hired Ron, but TC and MG egos wanted to believe they built Otezla when it was the bikini model sales force. Say I am a doc who's busier than ever, beaten down by Prior Auths, beaten down by dwindling reimbursement across the board, beaten down by my staff always wanting more for less, beaten down by all and I can just write what's easy or I can look at a model's tits for 15 seconds and write her product.
