Do Touch point's meetings require roommates?

I know for a fact that CSA's are not required to have roommates. I went to a meeting last year and everyone had their own private rooms. Even at training we had private rooms

OP here again, thanks for your honest replies! Can anyone tell us if we can bring a spouse/significant other and a pet to training and will PSS pay for it? Thank you in advance.

Why stop with only bringing your spouse and pet, bring the whole damn family and extended family with you as well, make it into a family reunion. You really are a "special" kind of special.

I actually prefer having a roommate. It is a great chance to make a new friend and discuss the day's events and quite often discuss therapeutic areas, best practices and role play. This puts you far ahead of your fellow training attendees and you can get a promotion! The last contract I was on here I received a very nice email from my DM on how well I did in training and she sent me a Starbucks gift card. It is nice to be recognized for your commitment to excellence!

It all depends on how valuable of a rep you are to you manager. I have seen 3-4 times where a spouse or significant other was allowed to stay at the training hotel and some of the group dinners. Most top managers understand that it is hard to be away from your family so they OK it and just use their miscellaneous budget to cover the costs(airfare, meals, etc.).

As far as a pet that is possible I knew a woman that brought 2 of her cats to two weeks of training and everyone knew including the trainers. It was a lot of fun for us animal lovers. Well, good luck and congrats on your new career! You will love it here!!!

I just got on a new contract with PSS. I was on a previous one 4 years ago that ended last year. Our DM OK'd a man's wife and daughter to stay at the hotel the 2 weeks of training. The manager actually upgraded their room to a 2 BR suite. He knew this rep for years and they were good friends and members of the same country club abd college fraternity. I thought it was really great that he allowed this family to be together for two weeks and have PSS pay for it so they could show the reps that this is truly a family oriented christian company! Bravo PSS!

Great! Yes, truly a family focused company.

Family focused? Guess that means I will be getting a way overdue and significant raise.

I need to assure the family we will avoid foreclosure.

Learn to live within your means shitlips. It is not some company's responsibility to keep you living in a lifestyle you want because you feelo entitled to it. Maybe you should quit shooting out so many brats and buying shit you don't need if you can't afford it? Ever consider those basic concepts dummy?

The insult needs to go to you due to your stupidity. We live in the lowest cost housing in the area. Old little house that needs a lot of work. Not all parts of the country are low in cost. Most people would not find our home acceptable. A salary of 80 is far below what most people need just to get by in our part of the country. We have one older car, do not take vacations or spend on anything. We do not have the disposable income all due to the cost of living where we are.

The truth is that these jobs need to adjust their salaries. You can live like a king in the SE, SW, or middle US on 80........you live like a pauper on that salary in around most major cities in the east and west.
