Do the right thing Alkermes

I heard it on very good authority that all the health systems will be gone by the end of March. Not really surprised since they are overpaid and don’t really add much to the company line.
Goes much deeper than this. All of the hospital team will be gone and, we will have one sales force promoting both drugs. This will save millions and get rid of the dead weight. A profitable future when this is completed.

I've heard rumors along same lines. Roughly 20 to 35% of total TBM's cut and those left will promote both viv and ARI. I too heard most of health systems will be gone. Will keep bare bones number of regional account manager (roughly 7 or 8) and 2 to 3 NAM's. FRM's all gone, Hospital team all gone, KAM's cut by 50%. Makes sense. That would be an appropriate number supporting a total gross sales of $500 to 550M for both products. SHould be interesting couple of months.

What about the HBM’s?
HBL having weekly checkin in calls individually + team + region calls + asking to call tbm & hospital accounts for engagement numbers ASAP. Hey, don’t worry about x, can you order more AL for me? Every team is different. Needs a head check. modules and reviews of Viv and AL. Tips to cope?

It blows but recognize it’s all being driven from above so try not to get too peeved at your manager-how they handle this speaks volume to their character, but “doing nothing” is not an option - my advice, drink heavily.

So what. You are sitting on your ass art home and being paid. And you can’t jump on A few calls? Are you so entitled and boated that it’s COE to that? Jesus that’s pathetic

Trying to stay afloat and keep my house and kids going, if you want to know. The calls are fine it is a manager asking what I’ve done in hospitals when he knows full well he’s not doing crap. It is unprofessional for to call hospitals and hound them to order now to hit a made up goal when hospitals have more pressing needs, that’s it. Don’t ask me who is engaged, docs are focused on what needs to be done and not talking to us. I can’t hear his voice anymore. Let’s just be real here people.

OK, you will be first on the list to be furloughed.
