I’m sorry.. this company has been the BIGGEST let down on so many levels. If you are reading this and considering a job here… please take all of these posts seriously. This is a very corrupt lab.

It boils down to leadership. The culture is the WORST on top of the million other issues that fall on reps. Time to look inward and do away with the unworthy promotions (not all, but most) and actually recognize talent. Shady management drives business to the ground and causes good employees to leave.

When you accept a job working for Natera know you're actually becoming an insurance billing agent and playing face to cover things up for the company rather than helping patients who get testing

Well of course, because promotions are based on seniority, not actual talent or experience (especially in the lab) who are these kids running this place?

Worst culture in the industry. Started a year ago and have been looking ever since week one for something new. Performance is skewed with shitty comp plan. Billing is a nightmare. Senior leaders are washed up old white bros with little to no experience outside of Natera. Take unemployment over this place.

Shocker lol. I will say I made a ton of money here in the beginning and bounced before going broke. Natera is a horrible broken culture company. The money has dried up and it’s time to move on people.

Natera will work you to the verge of a physical and mental breakdown and when you finally throw in the towel they continue to seek ownership of you if you want a future in the lab space. Natera’s tactic is fear and manipulation in a small space for market share. When they lose talent instead of assessing how to retain good employees internally they will get blood thirsty and hound people down with the little power they have left over you. You will be overworked, underpaid and no matter how great you are life after Natera haunts you if you’re competition. Long story short, don’t take a job at this company it’s not worth it.

Been at Natera a long time….they don’t lose “good” talent…maybe go sell something instead of making a to do list and checking it off and talking about how busy you are because you can’t sell.
