What message OVERCOMES: OON, large EOBs, medically unnecessary panels, overnight shipping that frequently are missed, insurance companies that will not support us and actually direct testing away from ATH?

None. And who feels comfortable working at a company that will end up losing a third of its revenue this year? Don't believe the BS! Of course they are going to tell you everything is fine. Management's job is to lie to your face right up until this place gets shut down. That's what they are paid to do. I am looking and getting out of here. What more evidence do you need?

These posts are so terrilby funny. HR is sad. HR dept is such a terrible representation. They are also had previous post stated. Generalist that are bottom wage earners. And the so called stop HT is an an olde hag only knows bham direction.

HR is typically the backbone of a company and a place you can seek assistance. Our HR is absolutely horrific. Paper shufflers and major butt kissers. No one to lead or trust.
 



So all you miserable people whipping each other into a hatefest frenzy with these posts....... Go away. Shut up and leave already. Take your hate and bitterness somewhere else. If it is so bad, how can you possibly remain here and not be a fool? You don't see the paradox of your behavior???? Game on everyone! It's ours to lose. Things have been resonating well since the changes. I hope for positive feedback from those who are committed, not those who are out to pasture or disgrunteled. Had a good week thus far and I'm beginning to feel the passion I had when I started here. I feel like the pond is freshly stocked and the fish are hungry!!!!

This week the volume is down from the past two weeks.
 



Yep, we are fishing in a small pond while the competitive labs who actually have productive offering and service are fishing for big trophies in the ocean; not a muddy water pond.

While Atherotech's management was mandating that we look for the "traditional sweet spots", the rest of the lab industry was partnering, collaborating, monetizing their platforms, standardizing and replicating their technology and above else contracting with the insurers and PBM's. Take a look at what Boston Heart is doing now and look how dead in the water we are. They partner with all the hospitals and reference labs and their reps are basically account managers. Atherotech's management team has had their heads so far up their asses I'm surprised they don't walk on their elbows
 



Boston has figured it all out. Atherotech is so backwards it's unbelievable. I had told mgt what we should be doing and how to approach things and al you get is no no no...stick to sweet spot that's outer bread & butter...yeah yeah yeah...now you're all TOAST. Glad I left sucks for everyone still there...get out and take your severance...unless you're all in!!! Joke
 



The 400/mo that are sent by our lab through LC to Athero will soon be a memory,all clients being converted to another cardiac panel. You idiots sent us that lame term letter and we dont even refer directly - what a bunch of bozo's! Oh, and by the way, you have less than zero shot of ever getting samples sent direct to you, our clients think its laughable....bye bye
