It is a waste of time and empty promises. Not sour grapes, been in the game a while, I understand the process. Too long and not well thought out. They are interviewing just to go through the motions. Run!

Yep agreed. A waste of time completely. Seems they’ve had the same jobs up for 6-8 months and are interviewing just to get info
They only need to meet their quota. Makes them look like they're working. 
100% agree, interviewed for a executive position and I was not impressed.

All Stryker people who fancy themselves as experts when they are at the bottom of market share. Months long process as main guy who sold vacuums or something thinks he’s Elon musk. Nobody calls you for weeks and then sets up more HR talks.
We would appreciate it if you could step back from the spiked eggnog and make a coherent post. What the hell does Stryker have to do with Conmed?
Is it easy to get hired in corporate? I just need this job as a stepping stone
