What are Candy's qualifications? She and Lisa have all the answers but have no experience with nephrology dialysis or Auryxia. They are all metrics and big pharma tracking. I cannot believe we wasted time listening to Candy, Kelly Anne Conway and one of the Back Street Boys tell us about speaker programs. This went over like our culture days. Everyone is miserable waiting for the next gig. No one is making money. We have unattainable goals. Three people made goal. They lied about the IC conversion. Every quarter we lose more money for our company car. They give us stock then sell half of it to cover taxes. Micromanagement and big pharma have infected our daily lives. Thank you HR for encouraging us to update our resumes. That was the motivation many of us needed. Turnover is already close to 20 percent after the first quarter. It will surpass 40 percent by the fourth quarter. Not even the approval of Vada can fix this.

Disappointment is an understatement. Top territories for the first 2 quarters are 2 of the lowest volume territories in the country. Same crap as last year. Punish the performers, reward the bottom feeders. Here’s an idea pay those who are driving revenue.

When the MSLs come and go because they have a conscious of the bad vada data, it’s kind of a bad sign. I wonder if John Butler will laugh on camera to the company again about what was the most stupid investor call. Patients died? How ridiculous- insert nerd laugh.
