DM's


















Hopefully there will be a DM position opening in the SW eventually. The one you guys have out here is awful. She occasionally calls on my office with one of her reps and I cringe every time I see her. I love the rep, can't stand the DM. Poor, poor rep... I'm in a pro Abbott office and I wish I could strike a deal where we could go 100% MJN if she would agree to never visit our office again.

PS. Stop wearing tight clothes, and start sitting in the waiting room like a lady (you're fat, and we can see your junk because you don't cross your legs).

Apparently HR isn't too happy with her, so you might get your wish. Bad news is the RM for the territory is going to continue to put those types of people in that role. The RM is just as bad.

That is not the only bad RM. I am really surprised that there has not been a house cleaning including the bad DMs and RMs before the new VP comes on board. Someone in Chicago really needs to get real and can some of these people but I expect the reps would be hit hardest during a house cleaning, not the bullying, incompetent managers. If they wonder why some of these districts are not doing well, then start asking the reps and not the manager. They might be shocked at what they will learn.

This would never happen in the order you want it to. First, they would want the new VP to be able to put their stamp on the organization. Second, without a VP, there is no one there to lead the work. Expect organizational changes within the first 180 days of the new VP's tenure.
 








What would they learn?

They would learn that the "iron fist" mentality, and hasty decisions are the wrong way. Cutting LEL's kills market share, and savvy marketing pisses off pedes. This company performed better 5 years ago when DJ had a strong team of quality DM's, and RBDs, and not washed up BMS company men. We were a science/evidenced based sales company, not a tweak a random study to compete against new competing products.

You are also a dumb ass to not realize that an unhappy, demoralized sales force bleeds profits from a sales driven company. This is where some managers are lacking. Your employees can't perform well while fearing their employer... When people don't like their leader, they leave, and if they are top performers the have the ability to get out even quicker.

The new MJN (our phone calls that allowed us to keep our jobs and become part of the new MJN after CP's d-day) is the reason Similac is destroying MJN's sales #'s, and eventually Nestle will swoop in, buy MJN for next to nothing while cleaning house. A once great company is now a shell of itself.

BTW, isn't this VP# 5 now in the last 4 years? This company is a cluster Fu$k and I am happy to have my LIPIL, Triple Health, Levels Matter BS days behind me. Levels don't matter, and until MJN grows a pair of balls and does a h2h (RBCDHA doesn't count, there are studies that say more is better than none, but not comparing levels) doctors will continue to look at it like it truly is... plain old infant formula. Just like Sim, GS, PBM or whatever is sold in a can with a shit ton of nutrients.

Keep pushing the milk, but don't kid yourselves, and think you are making a difference in infants lives, or producing the next Steve Jobs because you got a mom to supplement enfamil with milk from her tit-tays. You'll only drive yourself crazy in the process. Just do enough to keep your doctors liking you and in their minds, and run up the bar tab at MJN's POA taco bar.
