I don’t think it’s low I think it’s strategic and smart to recruit the top performers from Kowa. The top performers deserve higher pay and if milestone can give it to us we will jump ship as easily as it is for Kowa to say no to a raise more than 3%. It’s a fucking joke. It’s one thing to pay the college grads $2 but not the top ranked reps. You better believe this is a business and just like Kowa is nickel and diming the reps to look after their bottom line we all have a duty to ourselves to progress in our careers too.
