The fact that you were laid off has absolutely nothing to do with race. No demographic can be deliberately favored, one way or the other. They are very careful to make sure that doesn’t happen. I am currently rented from AZ after many years, and I can promise you your race was not a factor.

This thread just goes on and on like a broken record. When are you going to get it? This "diversity" crap is just AstraZeneca window dressing. They don't give a shit for diversity. You have to go on a diversity conference call do it check the box and forget it. It's like call metrics. They want seven a day. Fine here is seven calls a day. You want diversity fine here is a conference call on diversity. See what an enlightened company we are. LOL it's all bullshit.

When the people who hire are All White Males the majority of the time, what do you expect the Sales Force to look like? Enough of the lets have a “conversation”! Fuck a conversation, ain’t shit to talk about!

It's interesting how it is OK for you to speak in generalities (IE: All White Males) but God forbid someone that disagrees with does. Automatically labeled a racist, xenophobe, nazi, etc...

The candidate with best qualifications gets hired first. Quotas then take precedence.
Stop the indignation. You want the job, go get it, it won’t be handed to you because of your color, race, gender, etc. .....YET. Once the Dems take full control, you’ll be golden.
