Bms preaches diversity but they hire white males for upper positions. Hypocrites at every level.
Damn right! This would not have happened if a straight white male were in charge. #lightentheleadershipDEI is poison. Look at Harvard. BMS is not immune.
Stfupolka dotted alien from Venus for all I care
So how do you explain Lurch getting the CCO role if you want the most qualified candidate? Stumped Ace?I could give a rat's ass about the race of any executive. They could be a polka dotted alien from Venus for all I care. I want the most qualified candidate who can get results. Putting people in positions because of their race to fill some DEI quota is simply racism. Put the most qualified candidate in the role period. Diversifying simply to meet a particular gender or racial quota is a recipe for bankruptcy and failure.

If you are black, brown, white, yellow or green and in a position of power I expect you to have the qualifications to do the job. If you were promoted to the job based on the melanin in your skin then you my friend were promoted via racism.
Keep crying bitch100 brown, yellow, white, black pink or whatever color or whatever gender doesn't matter. It matters who has the best qualifications and who can get the job done. If we have 100 rainbow colored questionable gendered people in the room and they get the job done then they deserve to be there. The hiring manager should choose the best qualified applications period.
When exactly did we put the most qualified candidate in leadership positions? I'll bet that you dont even work here, because a BMS employee would never write such a thing. Nothing but hook-ups, kiss-ups, butt kissers and cronies get promoted here.I could give a rat's ass about the race of any executive. They could be a polka dotted alien from Venus for all I care. Well, it’s easier to name unqualified white male executives than any minorities. If you look at some data. Companies led by minorities will have much better results, prob because it’s much harder to get the job if you’re a minority and need to do more to prove yourself. If you are black, brown, white, yellow or green and in a position of power I expect you to have the qualifications to do the job. It’s hysterical how white guys think that they were never the beneficiaries of race consciousness. As if white is not a race. You really think that for decades “the best person for the job” just happened to be a straight white guy 95% of the time? Gimme a break. The past wasn’t some golden age of meritocracy that has suddenly been cast aside. It was an all-white, all-boys club that needed to be disbanded.
And as you used to say to qualified black and female candidates back in the day: tough sh*t, buttercup. No free rides.
