GBO sucks up money, pays consultants literally millions of dollars to put together spreadsheets, does not value having skilled people, instead prefers to send money and knowledge outside the door. MA&S was a bunch of Johny come latelies that couldn't even describe a database much less do anythign with one. They'd stick around maybe a year and then off to the next shinning object, not prodoving value along the way. Horrible to work with and ineffective. They do crap like hire sme guy with a medical degree and expect him to be able to buold a data platform. O! M! G!
FAO, with a few exceptions, is full of a bunch of weak non-technical managers who prentend to be technical. A bunch of them were women who were prematurely promoted to the director level two years ago as an effort to protect their jobs. Some genius thought director level and above should not be cut. So instesad of cutting all the fat they just promoted the fat.
And in general GBO takes credit for work they do not do and they DO NOT make decisions that are best for the company nor patients.
Some of the sorriest, pettiest and ineffective leaders exist in FAO. They always talk about the next big data platform, yet after 10 years of working with them never seen anything produced of value ... well except for those spreadhseets ZS makes for them.
