I decided to make significant cuts to GBO again. In 3 years, I expect to be smaller by a third. We got over 500 today so we are talking about 350. I don’t need you if I have McKinsey :eek:

Funny because I’m the guy that built it and now I have to undo it. My whole GNE career was a roundtrip. Irony! :cool:

Oh, by the way, don't worry about me! I will be fine. I can totally sleep at night. There is something called sensitivity. Some people have it and I am not one of them. Plus I am still taking $ millions one way or another. So my family and I will continue to enjoy the ski trips in the Alps during this wonderful holiday season. So take care or yourself and don't take it so personally. You may take a few sticky note pads for keepsake on your way out.

He's flowing with the current.

He got to where he is through an orgy of spending, which started under Len, and continued under his tenure.

Now that the currents have changed direction, so has he, and he's tightening the belt.

I’ve been using “omnichannel” lingo that McKinsey taught me last week. I heard from my good friends at Blockbuster, JC Penney and other extinct retailers that omnichannel is the right word to use when you don’t have a digital strategy. Bingo!

Look, also, to all those that asked me questions. Did you see my FAQ? FAQ YOU! ;)

They may run me over at USLT but that doesn’t mean I can’t displace my anger and disappointment on to you, my little trolls!

Plan change. Don’t need rogaine! Being agile. Embracing the Bezos look. Started lifting weights. This coupled, with a few LinkedIn posts, means that they will be calling me Mr Digital at USLT pretty soon. They’ll forget I’m an MR duuude.

JW cafephama leadership lesson for today: when there is a problem, offer a solution which others know least about and this allows you to peddle it as a “cure all”
