When was the last time an executive was put in jail for poor performance?

You are very ignorant about executive compensation - in their compensation package
not only are they protected from legal prosecution, the company has to pay for their legal fees.

Lying to investors and providing misleading statements are crimes and can lead to jail time. Also insider trading is work. If poor performance was a crime a lot of people would be in jail.

So think about that. You have to be the biggest ass in the world
 






The person who shorted a bunch of AMRN stock right before AdCom will have a cellmate named Dice once their investigation is complete. Bet on that.

What a corrupt bunch of greedy individuals this company was being run by.

You don't dispute executive compensation as well as legal protection.

Do you need to repeat high school in order to understand these concepts, or is your
