Let's analysis this they took away our bonuses money in October for many this was a big sum,
Had us pay health insurance deductibles twice in one year, played games with vacation time and clearly wanted us to work for free, and cleared out our stock accounts and kept 1/2 the company stock. I'm am furious with what went down.
 






Just wait till management issues them selves new stock options,
then exercises them when the company is sold for $2.00 per share

all your shares went back into a pool to be reissued - this is standard
protocol on how all startup medical companies screw their salesforce.

Promise the moon, and don't pay them a nickel

Walk away with their money and laugh at them.

Hey Aaron. Why don't you tell everyone why you got the boot from Essentialis. Have anything to do with the fact that you were in way over your head as CEO? Must have been funny when the VC firm put their own guy (Dickie Pasternak, that douche formerly of Merck) in your place because they knew they would have no way of protecting their investment with you at the helm. Your business acumen is very sharp - evidenced by coming to this one trick pony company. Gee, guess you weren't the brains behind Kos after all.

No I never asked question and no I did not work at McDonalds

How do you know this was a big sum?

I don't recall the incentive plan for Q4 even being rolled out when they FIRED YOU!

I have a job unlike you. Did I go to college? Name one company that hires anyone without a degree. Like I said you are stupid.

Yes my parents are impressed with me. I have been in this industry for 15 years and never been without a job. Just because you can handle a steady job don't mean everyone else is a loser like you.

When will you actually learn to "sell" something - med products will not look at
a pharma rep with more than (5) years pharma.

How can you drive around for 15 years having the receptionist sign your laptop?

You are an embarrassment to Mary Kay sales representatives, at least they close
a deal and collect payment.
