Personally I'm looking fwd to MIA, I've been to the Fontainebleau it's a nice hotel in the middle of the art deco district.

Have I worked for better companies, absolutely. Have I worked for worse, absolutely. So far the only thing that they could do a little better is yes, some balance. There is a lot is busy work, long meetings, not much care about work-life balance. Hopefully that will level off... I'm glad to have a job. If it gets too much I'll look for better.

Yes Miami and the Fontainebleau are nice. Bur, no! There will not be any balance. Its the way they operate. Keep you housed up and not allow you any free time. Used to be you'd work on these trips but also have some free time as a reward and to say thank you. That practice is long gone thanks to a couple of assholes who think they know what they are doing.

Thanks. We could tell you weren't KK just by your post. You do know that this is a site to post and bitch about things right? If you are so sick of it, don't come here in your free time to read! Some of us need an outlet to vent because honestly, this leadership sucks and we all know KK reads this shit religeously!

I have lasted through several regimes, so why should I leave? Soon, this company will be bought or merged and then a new crop of people brought in.

So my advice is stay off this site if you are sick of the complaining. I mean what did you come here for, best practice sharing? Stop being naive.

What good is 5 star hotel when all you do is sit in a meeting room for 10 hours and eat shitty buffet food all day. Whats the point you fucking juvenile?

Miami does great deals in the summer. You want to impress people, kick off the year in January with a meeting in Miami like we used to do. It will never happen now with this 3rd rate crew!

Why would you want a bunch of free time? I would rather come in later on Monday and leave earlier on Friday like we are doing than have a few hours here and there of free time. If YOU want more time in Miami you can. The rest of us want to clblow through the meeting and get home. Name cimpairs that are still giving everyone a bunch of fun time??? One of my previous companies finished the meeting at 5pm on a Thursday but FORBID anyone to leave until 8am the next day. Give me this schedule anytime.

Seattle, SF are both beautiful in the summer. DC, LA, CO is great as well. Oh and guess what? No zika!

KK and PS are horribly unoriginal, meetings at BL WERE ALWAYS in AZ or FL constantly. Oh BTW Where's the next NSM? (oh that's right, same damn hotel or was this year, how original!) They don't know how to pick anything else.
 












Most pharma companies are now limiting their meetings to be held at airport Hyatts, Marriotts, and Hiltons. We should be happy that we are not going to a runway hotel!! Yeah Shire!!

You little cry baby. Thiese meeting were planned months in advance. There was no threat of Zika at the time. Do you have a brain? How in the world did you get hired for this job?

I suggest you leave this company and go work for an event company. Then get back to us.

I have never seen a site so full of immature brats. Go check out the other eyecare sites. No crybabies there. And most of us have worked for a at least one of them. They do not make as much as we do. The dont have our bonus structure. Their vacation package is far worse, their benefits suck. Their meetings are no different than ours, but not quite as nice. All of them have at least a TWO WEEKS AWAY FROM HOME training period-you did HOME STUDY and a weekend meeting. Their fleet cars are not as nice They have nothing but tired old drugs and if you think KK is bad, go work for them. Seriously. The people at the top of alcon, allergan and bausch are more micro. One of the companies track reps with location devices. We have not made the first dime for this company and some of you act like a bunch of entitlement brats. Grow up.
