I don't know who is leaving, however the Regional Manager for the Capital Region seems to have the full support of the VP. Open territories and falling sales do not equate to a direct sales force for this part of the territory. A change needs to happen.

its simple, Integra management is a pretentious high paid 7 layer burrito while the sales force gets shit on. Too may Chiefs, not enough Indians. The smart ones move on if and when they can. It's not that the product line sucks, nor is it the level of talent for the most part. It's the fact that those who are stuck are so mentally checked out getting hosed day after day with this bush league company there buying there time until they see the light. Turn over is high. Historically high. Thanks Gooch. If he's our leader of the sales division, then he should be paid the same comp plan based on performance that we are. Of which he hasn't hit his metal quota EVER! No bonus for you Walken. Should demote your ass back to SS1 for not hitting your number and put you on a plan.

Primatrix and SurgiMend are great products, just with the wrong company. In the hands of competent management they could be a huge asset as well as provide nice $$ for solid representatives. However, Integra has no fuc*** clue as what to do with these products or, even how to properly set up a sales force to sell them. Fact, not one person at the helm of Integra knows the first damn thing about the Mesh business which is clearly evident in the deplorable numbers and, by the way mgmt allows their reps to have their asses hand to them on a daily basi by the compatition. There is absolutely NO leadership, NO direction, NO tools and NO support! A sales force will not and cannot survive selling these two products separately, period. At some point these POS a**clowns have to look themselves in the mirror, admit they fu****up, make the necessary change in course and properly arm their sales force with the necessary tools to do battle and win. Or, simply do the reps a huge favor and get the fu** out of that business.

I can appreciate the GOT reference. My only hope is Joffrey gets poisoned by one of his own after his walk of shame, the Sparrow gets stabbed in the back (spoiler alert), a girl with no name goes rogue and cleans house, and John Snow lives again to lead the righteous. But unfortunately that is fantasy land and this is reality, and the fine people at Integra will continue to be shit on and viewed as peasants in this game of thrones for those who continue to fight for supremacy and leadership and making themselves wealthy while our income potential in dwindles. Build some ships to set sail for a better life or let Khaleesi and her dragons burn what used to be the 7 kingdoms. Gonna need a lot of Integra to heal those wounds.
 












I once read that 93% of people who resign from their position and leave for another is due to their direct manager. Do the math, but...(AC)...not to name names, has lost over half of the reps in her region since she took over. The most tenured rep on that team has less than one year. That mirror would crack if she looked into it.
