I don't know who is leaving, however the Regional Manager for the Capital Region seems to have the full support of the VP. Open territories and falling sales do not equate to a direct sales force for this part of the territory. A change needs to happen.
The person at the wheel of the Titanic had the support of the captain too and look how that turned out. NG is a mess. That region is in a free fall.

Primatrix and SurgiMend are great products, just with the wrong company. In the hands of competent management they could be a huge asset as well as provide nice $$ for solid representatives. However, Integra has no fuc*** clue as what to do with these products or, even how to properly set up a sales force to sell them. Fact, not one person at the helm of Integra knows the first damn thing about the Mesh business which is clearly evident in the deplorable numbers and, by the way mgmt allows their reps to have their asses hand to them on a daily basi by the compatition. There is absolutely NO leadership, NO direction, NO tools and NO support! A sales force will not and cannot survive selling these two products separately, period. At some point these POS a**clowns have to look themselves in the mirror, admit they fu****up, make the necessary change in course and properly arm their sales force with the necessary tools to do battle and win. Or, simply do the reps a huge favor and get the fu** out of that business.

That guy should not have any type of leadership position. Or any authority for that matter. Him making quotas? He knows Nothing. Zero leadership ability or charisma. Typical Integra.
BC is and always has been a kiss up to the Gooch and upper mnmgt and now he's his lil Beotch. Wonder if he knows no one in the sales force has any respect for him.
We all know he dumped quota on the Midwest area. I have talked to reps and I know for a fact there are guys up at least 50% yoy and not at quota. Good job brown nose bri.
If you think it's bad selling mesh trust me, it's much worse trying to sell Primatrix. We're selling against other divisions of Integra. Who in the f@@@ could even dream this kinda crap up. Stop your complaining. You're quite obviously a newbie to Integra. Incompetency, mismanagement, unattainable and unrealistic quotas and defeated reps walking out of the door every morning is simply part of the culture. Either get use to it or move on.

Ok so get ready to rail on me, but BC is actually a good guy and wants to do a good job. I know its hard to see sometimes but look who he is getting direction from. the position he took was set up to fail. Walken wanted someone to take all the crap so he could take all the glory if things went well or a dog to kick when they dont (see above posts). And another thing, wake up! Those above dont care about posts here. Its not a popularity contest. NG/ King Joffrey is stepping on your heads to keep his feet out of the crap. The only way he goes is if the numbers drop, period.
I can appreciate the GOT reference. My only hope is Joffrey gets poisoned by one of his own after his walk of shame, the Sparrow gets stabbed in the back (spoiler alert), a girl with no name goes rogue and cleans house, and John Snow lives again to lead the righteous. But unfortunately that is fantasy land and this is reality, and the fine people at Integra will continue to be shit on and viewed as peasants in this game of thrones for those who continue to fight for supremacy and leadership and making themselves wealthy while our income potential in dwindles. Build some ships to set sail for a better life or let Khaleesi and her dragons burn what used to be the 7 kingdoms. Gonna need a lot of Integra to heal those wounds.

Two more sales representatives just resigned from the Washington DC Baltimore market. They are down to four sales representatives.
I once read that 93% of people who resign from their position and leave for another is due to their direct manager. Do the math, but...(AC)...not to name names, has lost over half of the reps in her region since she took over. The most tenured rep on that team has less than one year. That mirror would crack if she looked into it.
