LOL. To your point, there was a major prosth meeting in NYC this weekend. Although the booth had a rep for Friday, no one showed up on Saturday. Do they not have the man power representing the NYC area to have one rep to cover? Doesn't the RM have to default and at least cover? Shouldn't this be known ahead of time and therefore could have flown in someone from marketing? This is reflective of their leadership starting from the RM, to the Area Sales Director up the chain to Brett and Co. There were doctors pointing out the lack of representation and they were being mocked by them and other companies. A total fubar and someone's head should role for this embarrassment!
