Did you see the TV news on B+L

Perhaps Valeant will decide not to layoff anybody. They could decide that B+L is find just the way it is.

Nothing happens at B+L without 6 months of meeting first. And then usually they take people out one at a time slowly. It basically is a procedure that keeps HR in business.

If you really want to change the way personnel issues are handled at B+L you have to take out the HR department first and then maybe you can put a reasonable plan in place.

Again, anything is quite possible, but, I emphasize look at past acquisitions. It is prudent to look at previous history in order to gather some type of perception on the future intent. Do not be lackadaisical during this time of change. Being proactive is key. The B&L you know it is soon to be a very distant memory thanks to Valeant. Deuces!

B+L has absolutely no say in what's about to happen. Valeant will treat them exactly the same way they treated Medisis and all the others. It will be heavy lay-offs without any consideration of who's good or who's doing what. Minimum severance or notice. Learn from past experience and get out now.
