This has to be a joke....I see a opening in Ohio again. If this is true that would be like the 4th person who has quit on him in a little over a year. I bet you every other person in his district is trying to get out as well.
 






How upper mgmt keeps that guy around as a DM is beyongd me! He's got to be the most arrogant, demoralizing jerk to ever be a DM! The craziest thing is that he thinks the "problem" is everyone else who just can't meet his high standards...talk about a complete lack of self awareness!
 






Classic case of average rep, who is now an expert. He took over a top territory his first year and won COE. Next year he was in the middle of the pack, the year he got promoted his territory was in the bottom middle. Yep that's reason to be confident in your sales skills.
 






















































So who is the worse DM: Eric Brown, Jeff Douglas, or ?...

My vote is Douglas. Both are arrogant douches who lacked any performance in the field, but Douglas screwed people over on the way to the top. Eric just hooked Craig and Ron up with some of his wife's sunglasses for the job.

My vote is Eric, he lacked any performance in the field. He never went to work. I think he gave Ron more then just sunglasses.
 


















....yea that Donnie who costs the company $100K per lost rep. Either he can't hire right or he doesn't let the talent he does hire go out and sell without checking on the sales model
