I left Lilly Diabetes Care sales 11 years ago, happened to check this page today - it’s good to know the conversation hasn’t changed a bit. Always rumors of layoffs. Get out of pharma if you can sell. If you can’t sell, well, good luck.

There are too many reps in WI and MN where there is virtually no access to customers. When this does come down there will be a bloodbath in these states as well as MA.

Does anyone know when the next DBU lay-off will happen and will Specialty and PC both be affected?

Yes told in June and all takes place Sept 1, and everything complete Dec or year end .. Same time frame as the past 4 take downs.

Get a clue! if your salary is high and you are above 35.. and can sell.. get a real job. your out when they say your out. go NON Pharma .. like NOW.

Agree. Just look around on your teams. Lilly is hiring straight out of college kids and they are promoting them up to Indy just as quick. They can pay them much less. They don’t know what they are doing but Lilly doesn’t care. It’s all about the dollar.
If you are over 40 and making six figures, time is running out.
