First, how sad that you actually refer to the "octagon" as as one of your preferred methods to settle the verbal ass beating you just took. Second, I detect a vague reference to the "breakfast club". Do these contracts have capped bonuses?? The target bonus seems on the low end. So if you get above the target goal (per whatever says on your contract with Publicis), do the reps get the full bonus/commission?!

Don't expect to make good bonus for this contract. There are 5-7 reps calling on the same HCP for the same product, it's not hard to figure that out. This is a cap bonus plan and PSS is cheap in giving out bonuses. Just ask any PSS reps from other contracts!

Yes, the target bonuses are low(around 12K), but you can make more than that based on product performance attainment and MBO, as I just did for Q3 2013.
