So, you're speaking for the entire Dey Sales Force now? The solution is quite simple though, if the little pro mgmt buddy would stop posting their pro mgmt BS, the copy and paste quote would stop. Well, it appears that the pro mgmt buddy has run out of things to say, other than 'pretty stupid'.....that's where I agree, the pro mgmt crap is pretty stupid. As far as the company quote: Go Get It....it really leaves me wondering what there is to get. Epi Pen sells itself, except for the loss due to others selling generics, so to speak, and when the "tiny credit card" comes out either this year or next, that will pretty much take the bulk of the business, and we have no other blockbusters to sell. EMSUCK is just a sad case, plain and simple. For all the DMs who stepped all over each other to get it, they got what they deserve. The rest of us are just trying to make a living the best we can, and as lons as we can, sending out apps as fast as we can.
It's hard to say because it's gotten so bad....now it's almost anything and everything.
Stop treating reps like crap!!! Treat us like we know what we're doing because "we do"!
We need less managers trying to justify their worth.
Then we go into, reports, stupid conference calls, honest bonus and honesty in just about everything.
Are you aware that you have a few really bad apple DMs? Try looking at HR complaints!!! Get rid of them!!!
Are you aware that you have lost huge talent in the last year? Try asking yourself why!!! It's then you will find your answers. If you need to come to the reps for answers, then we all need big raises!
