I am in Lilly CIT and I support the sentiments reflected in the above post: having interacted with the disappointingly underqualified and under-competent Novartis IT people, I have to say there is little room in Lilly for such people

You don't have to worry because the few good people that were in NAH IT are getting out fast!

Good people in NAH IT? Ha! Hardly any. The only place they could trick them into hiring them is Novartis IT (in either corporate or another BU). Nice enough people, but highly ineffective, and grossly overpaid. On the positive side, at least they will stay within the walls of Novartis and not stink up another company.
