Do we know for sure he has been reported to HR before? If we know that then my case to HR about his sexual harassment and unprofessional behavior looks stronger. I’m over his “ I’m untouchable “ status. He talks to everyone terribly and what does he actually do? He certainly doesn’t motivate us.
 












Todd sealed his fate when he went against the advice of bringing RB here. RB was a failure at his 2 previous companies. Zero leadership and inspiration skills. He can’t even make it to AAD. You’re the VP of Sales and you don’t have any meaningful dermatology relationships. We deserved better
 






























I left not to long ago and the shares I took with me are worthless. I feel sorry for my friends that still work there bc I know how hard that job is and the lack of support you get from “” leadership”. Drain the DMTK swamp.
 


















The Armageddon is coming October 1st. The sales force will lose 3 to 7 people in October. Just know that you did this to yourself management and HR. You treat people like shit, pay people like shit and this is what you get. Also what does RB do? Anyone? Anyone? Nobody knows. Guy has tanked 2 companies in a row. What the marketing girl did from Bud light did he did to Dermtech.
 
























The next two weeks are pivotal for our organization. Employee retention is killing us. If anybody quits it’s time for Bret, Mark, Kevin, Rachel and Stephanie to send a message by letting Ray, Ben and Brad go. People aren’t quitting bc of of lab failures people are quitting because these three are disrespectful, sexist ( Ben) and have created a culture of fear. The sales force gets it done not those three. Trust us Bret and Mark we can get it done by reporting directly to you both.
