No but it can be a way to catch people they suspect are falsifying calls. It's a very desperate attempt for an SD to try to blame poor sales on interviewing. That's him trying to cover his toosh.

I wish I was in field sales!! You cannot imagine the stress and yelling from Lootzie we are getting in the home office. Lootzie wanted HCV to be his ticket to stardom and now he is facing the down in the toilet bowl. Everyday is a major stressor for us and we are doing the best we can with OEC oversight! Practically every marketing manager is looking for a new job outside of Abbvie. It is common to see HCV marketers interviewing at Lundbeck, Horizon, Astellas, etc. Please be nice to your under the boot marketing team!!!!!
