I'll correct myself, it should be Title VII in my last post. Chapter 7 is what Pfizer would likely have had to file at some point if it were not for the covid fraud. More to my point, Punctuated Equilibrium accurately describes the dei initiatives because of its radical onset. Title VII represents more of Phyletic Gradualism because the country, over time, was evolving gradually to abolish discrimination, especially based on race and gender. I am not explaining this to you because I like you. I hate pfizer. All of this is simply a middle finger pointed at you.
