DEI is a cancer in every company. Why would we be forced to be led by not the best and brightest but only the token? It's like going to a gym class and being instructed by a 300lb flabby coach because the 300lb flabby coaches haven't been represented. No one can take them seriously. It defies all logic and just makes "oppressed" people even look worse when they flop on roles they clearly don't have the capability to perform and we've seen this time and time again.
 






Backlash tides are turning. Things will swing back. Think it’s a coincidence that companies are showing low margins, mass layoffs, and increases in contractors since DEI?

White people have never “earned” what they stole from native Americans since unwelcomely arriving on the shores of this country through slavery, white privilege and supremacy. Racial injustice and maldistribution of opportunity and wealth is real despite some people’s decision to deny it. There must be laws to level the playing field after centuries of unearned privilege and maldistributed wealth. EVERY inch of racial progress in this country has been met by white backlash! Representation matters!
 






The reason there is maldistribution of wealth is because we live in a system that rewards performance. Stop complaining and perform at a higher level. You will be rewarded no matter your race.
