Deena does not have the emotional intelligence, strategic thinking capability or the executive presence to be the next VP of Sales. Deena is all about Deena and the VP of Sales role is all about putting your people first, working cross functionally to help your team, and thinking with an enterprise mindset. I doubt she even knows how this company truly makes money.

I say all of this because there are many of us inside who would loathe Todd and Damon for putting Deena in that role. If they want a female in that role we are all for it but would ask that they look outside the company for that individual. In fact, we don't care what the gender of the individual is, just that they have the experience for the role. I am a female by the way so my issues with Deena are in no way about gender.

Relax. In case you missed it, this company IS a joke, thanks to the past 18 months. Deena didn’t do it all by herself, but the description above is spot on. She compounds the laughable Alkermes image.
 












I can't say anything about her leadership style because I haven't experienced it directly, but its a small salesforce and people talk. What I can say is that I have not seen a pantsuit hold back more looming disaster since Hilary Clinton on the campaign trail. For the love of all things holy, lady, buy a flowing dress next time. You'll look better (maybe) and the polyester won't have to work so hard.

You obviously don't know her and don't work for her. I have grown so much under her leadership and mentorship! All of you need to grow up!
