Not surprised she was unethical here. Morbidly curious. Read lawsuit over the break. Dawn took confidential Boston Scientific documents when she left the company & distributed it at Covidien.
 




































This isn't the Swiss Hamilton medical!!!...Suspect when a company like accutronic pushes out software issues like candy....everytime a customer wants something it is implemented .

Who you think were teh architects? The Covidiots. Dawn Bitz, Jim Willett, Joel Brandon. Same peeps responsible 4 failed Newport shitshow acquisition & 980 which MDT prob thinks is ventilator herpes, gift that keeps on giving recalls. We need rest of ‘em purged.
 






You can't buy innovation. Did vyaire know and understand that the Bella Vista has been sued by Hamilton medical for patent infringement?? Why would they buy the Bella Vista and accutronic ?? To get ahead of the curve??
Thanks for mentioning Newport medical, it all makes sense now. They would've been better off buying the E-vent lol

Their competence and shitty due diligence begs the question. Y hire the Covidiots when they have questionable ethics and shitty track records. Next question, considering their performance so far, y r they all not gone? I’m +3 on Dawn getting the boot.
 


















We are well and truly fucked. Hamilton suit getting ugly. Apax oughta avoid investing in healthcare cos they suck at it. Consider suing previous leadership team, VPs included, for breach of fiduciary duty.

Produce a product for $39 sell it for $20,000 thats legal theft.
