No kidding captain obvious! What do they do? Territory design and they suck at it.

i know 2 people that were displaced that were in the running for Rep of the Year.
The person who bumped my friend out of her role has been at the bottom of the Rankings for 2 yrs now while my friend has been over goal. It clearly had nothing to do with your sales performance.

Poor performing.....what year? We all know this gig goes in cycles. Rep of the Year one year is dirt the next unless you have a gravy train territory with a well-known institution that's on auto-pilot. I was shocked at some of the reps that were displaced. Some of the best and a few losers too. Politics.

What’s even more confusing is in identically mirrored/partnered territories how did they decide which one was let go?
I'm beginning to think our displaced comrades got the better deal...great packages and no more B.S.
It was a cost cutting dollar amount that played into the decision making. If they asked people to volunteer they would of have had 400 plus people commit to displacement.
