What the hell are you doing? The Nesina Family has been out for 3 years and we have, at best, 5 managed care wins (not even better than the competition).

And for Contrave, ZERO!!!!! What is the deal with the new cards? Who should use it? If it's covered with a PA and its a tier 2, 3 or 4, that's still cheaper than the $70. What the hell are we suppose to tell the doctor? Everyone doesn't need a coupon but we have no clue who does!!!

LOL funny! We have morons that didn't understand health plans now pivoting to IDN's?? Time to get rid of some of the good ol boys that have been takeda Managed Markets reps for far too long. They are just sitting around collecting a paycheck and don't even understand IDN's or how to call on them. The new blood is pretty good but the old good old boy ones that have been doing it for 10 years need to get cleaned out.

There is NO WAY these are full time positions. Part-time, maybe. It would be way cheaper to put the DMs in charge of the regional plans. DMs do not need to babysit reps four days a week. 2-3 local plans if they are lucky, and most likely no influence. They do a lot of busywork and make a lot of noise. Try to sign contracts with IDNzs that aren't payers. Emcee field sales meetings. Huge misuse of resources. Hopefully the new VP sees this for what it is.

That's the reason KMAT took this position.She has always woked part-time.But geez,she has no clue what so ever in doing this job.No people skills,no skills in being taken seriously in her job.She has ALWAYS been a jokeand continues to be.
