Sluby is a joke but at least more qualified then Scott. Glad to see him get demoted he doesn't do shit and is so inappropriate. The problem starts with LC and Alex. Until the board fires both Lexicon will continue to be a dumpster fire.

The joke of the industry, Tom Sluby is just one of many reasons there will be more turnover over the next few months. There seems to be a common denominator in this company and the reason for turnover. The only thing that hasn’t changed is upper leader ship. Mass exodus last week at Lexicon! You called it. Rumor has it there is more to come. Sales force is dropping like flies. This is what happened about a year and a half ago. HQ leadership assured a cultural change, but it’s more of the same. They don’t value their people and could care less if sales turnover is 100%. Laughing stock of the industry. You can't downsize a sales force 3-4 times and lie about it then expect to be believed about anything. A number of additional resignations forthcoming from field. This place will continue to be garbage until the board fires the incompetents including Coates, Santini and Sluby. Can't wait to submit my resignation.
