Dear Joe Capper

CardioNet is about to do some more layoffs..AGAIN (Over thirty people- the ones who work with people not numbers) Right after they change their name. (A company in mexico has almost the same exact name)The severance packages are a joke. Stock goes up- time to fire some people.. But make sure you still have a million managers no one ever sees, and while your at it.. Pay them top dollar, as a matter of fact give them a raise and hire a couple minimum wagers to make it seem like we're doing great. That way they all still come to work..

I have never been so sickened by a company. Lets promote how great we are- outsourcing to other countries and laying off hard working Americans, we can pay these foreign countries pennies on the dollar. Just abandoning the people who have shed blood sweat and tears for this company, to make a few extra bucks. I mean the bottom line is the stockholders money right?

How can you justify having as many Vice Presidents as you do, if the company makes poor decisions, doesn't communicate, and can't afford the regular ground level employees? You know the people that keep this "business" going? If you have to layoff large numbers of employees where did the shit come from? In my life it usually goes downhill. Time to make some of these people reap what the sew. For every 10 employees you could probably lay off one manager or Vice President added to that figure, At that rate the stocks will start to sore.

Cardionet got a stock jump because of the new contracts with some health insurances. Fire some people and you're making even more money. Next quarter you can show how great you did, then spend more money you don't really have and start all over again! Soon enough maybe they can move overseas, sorry all the "big players" at that point they'll need some global people in the game. Good luck to all involved, seriously you're going to need it.
