Oh that's right! When Gattex launched and was run by NPS the product did so well! Not! NPS reps and the legacy reps who were around were overpaid old farts. Retire already! Go work in real estate. It will be only a matter of time before no one will hire your ass. You folks sucked. Look at the numbers. It's very black and white in the numbers produced by NPS legacy reps and Lialda reps. That's why we had to help your sorry asses!

Oh man! That's hilarious. Why is it that NPS legacy reps never blew the numbers out? They sucked! You old bags were overpaid of farts. Retire already and go work in real estate. It will be only a matter of time when your wrinkly old butts won't get hired. Ha! Why is it we had to help you get start forms and we're the ones producing? Cause your MD don't like your old butts and you had no value.
 






All of you Lialda TMs out there posing as rare disease reps and applying for rare disease jobs, be warned. We are squashing your applications and giving recruiters lists. Go back to your primary care sample dropping.

Spoken by someone with no clue about the launch of Gattex. Gattex was a top 5 all time orphan drug launch. It blew away expectations. Over 300 patients were started on Gattex in the launch year which was upward of 150% to the initial goal. So clearly you really have no idea what you are talking about.
And regarding NPS legacy reps, there are only maybe 2 or 3 that are still there from the original launch team because they didn't want to work in your primary care culture. How many Lialda reps are getting hired by true rare disease companies right now? I know they're all looking...I'll answer for you...none! Because they don't have any clue how to launch.

Umm, Gattex was a top 5 all time orphan drug launch. Over 300 patients started in the launch year and almost 150% to goal. Clearly you are not someone with any clue about the launch of the drug.
And funny that there are only 2-3 people still there from the launch of Gattex. why? Because they were highly sought after by rare disease companies that targeted them for a launch. How many of the Lialda folks are being scooped up by rare disease companies? I'll keep waiting for that answer.

Unbeknownst to the sample carrying rare disease LIALDA RBM's -- the rare disease recruiters have a comprehensive Shire "no fly list". No fly means not suitable for hire in rare/ultra rare disease. Good luck with all that rare and ultra rare disease kool aid they've being serving up.

i love people who come on here and post about how much better they are than all of the lowly reps that are still here. Why do you check this site if your "making bank" and blocking all of the shitty lialda reps from your amazing awesome new jobs? Maybe you're not doing so great if you still feel the need to check cafepharma for a company you left for this special no fly zone you currently reside in.
