Your calls are the worse. Every time you hold a call, we walk away demoralized and demotivated. You cannot get the sales you want by making us afraid for our jobs. You cannot get the sales you need to get you big payday. We think you should be fired.
 




EB is a complete DICK! He’s gotta be the ultimate worst leader of any company. We all saw his true side on that call and nobody needs to willingly work for this AHole. He just motivated all of the sales force to look for new jobs. He’s a horrible human. He’s the poster child for pathetic.

Starts call with being a publicly traded company

Discusses how important aesthetics is to the company and how we fund other "things" with our sales

Stated McKesson sell in is coming but we are behind run rates

Face turns red and started ranting about no zero dollar days and how he is going to scrutinize daily sales

Requires end of day sales reporting from every territory to every manager to every director to Kelly

Said "things" 57 times in 30 minutes

Layoffs are coming if salesforce doesn't pull their weight
 




Layoffs are 100% happening. Folks, remember last year at this time is when they did their first round of layoffs which started the downward spiral of this once great organization. Galderma is run by Hitler and his cronies looking to sell this pile of shit to some other organization so these private equity folks can make their return on investment. Nobody is looking out for your best interest, long term career or anything else. EB and KH will make their money and be done with their careers when a buyout happens. They have no reason to care about you anymore. You are all pawns in this game and you must accept your role. Does anyone wake up in the morning excited and pumped up to be here? If you don’t answer an enthusiastic “yes” than WTF are you doing here. EBs conference call should be a wake up for anyone thinking this place will get better. There is no pot of gold for anyone here at the end of this rainbow other than selfish EB , KH and all of the directors. Go take that call from a recruiter and go on that interview. You will find not a single company out there as bad as this one. Go find a single soul who has previously quit or got laid off and ever regretted their decision. You will find the grass is 100% greener everywhere else. This place absolutely has no reason to exist unless you like taking it in the anus every day. Good luck out there and find another place to have a career. Game over at Galderma.

Word on the street is if EB doesn’t hit Q4 his job is on the line. This would be a great time for the company to tank really bad so y’all can get a new leader next year and turn the ship around.

LOL he hasn't changed. I worked with EB at Valeant and he was an asshole. He wins the prize for being a decades long consistent asshole.
