...this is to let you know that your restructure has been the most unorganized and demotivating one ever. How can you terminate employees and not lay-out the new planned organisation? Takeda will loose a lot of knowledgeable people, the Best are already gone.

Hope that you will also experience this once you leave Takeda.
 




...have you ever looked at the R&D organisation of Mr. Tachi? He has his own Takeda in Takeda, with far too many people who do not know what to do. A lot of theoretical projects which will not help Takeda or patients, only the wisdom and arrogance of Mr. T.
 












Remember...you only get ONE first impression!!! I think they said that a hundred times at our launch meeting!!! Well Takeda ruined that first impression for the reps!!
 




...the G200 meeting is absolutely useless and a waste of time. You showed in the last day once more that your plan is not well thought through and that Ou are working with buzzwords with no content behind. You convinced me and a lot of others in this team that we need to leave now.
 








we have hoped that you would stop "System Tachi", but it has become worse. Some of us had to pay since TAP times to their line Directors cash to keep the job. With the restructure, there has been again a fee to be paid to keep or get a job. No one can speak about it, we are scared.
 




would you explain what is the business impact of the lead LOC concept? They sound like they are just vis aids repository... how on earth you prentend people do not have P&L responsibilities, cannot challenge even in a constructive way, do not input on the forecast to properly drive the business? Would be much more honest to say we are a Global company built up on the sum of a patchwork made up by countries and inconsistent portfolio and give full power to GMs. Stop this bullshit of "being a global company".... and do something to change the Japanese mindset and to stop Tachi's reign..... Not to say about the "leaders" focusing only on the format of the slides and avoid challenging the staus quo.....

...why didn't you accept the job at Sanofi? We put so much hope into that you could destroy another company, what would be a competitor less. For you, it would be training 2.0.
