AA has vision. Unfortunately it's the wrong vision. There was a time that AA bragged that we were now the leader in the industry so the bar was set high. To get hired you needed a minimum of 2 years in pharma and had to be in the top 20%. Do any of the DCAs meet this standar? Even the managers are questionable on talent and experience, the lack of experience was ok since it was a developmental role working with neophytes who call on bottom readers. Now they are all being forced into spots they don't belong.
Just another of a long list of how AA will bring novo down. With out the launch of new products to boost sales AAs lack of leadership and business acumen are being exposed.

This company is in terrible shape. Look at how poorly our stock is performing! We're coming crashing down.
