DCA call tomorrow

You are dreaming if you think a DCA can do the job of a tenured, motivated, well- informed rep. Believe it or not, some of us still have enough access to have therapeutic conversations with our customers. Any new rep, DCA or DCS whatever will lack the background, clinical, situational, personal...whatever that tenured, value-adding reps bring to the table. The kid out of college simply isn't there yet. Providers see through them. It takes years of caring enough about the job to find out from YOUR CUSTOMERS what is relevant to their practices. Isn't that what the customer focused, total office call all about? New kids can get there. But they simply haven't earned it yet. It takes time and work.

Hey idiot, the inexperienced rep is making significantly less money than you, so whats the problem. Just shutup, and keep collecting those signatures during your lunch catering.
