You know, the fact that I'm even responding to your post makes me pathetic-not as pathetic as you for sure-but still lame. Everyone stopped taking you seriously a long time ago. Well, they stopped taking you seriously after your first post, really. Through your pathetic lies and incessant name calling you managed to make everyone's case against dendreon for them. You've had your ass handed to you so many times now you might as well get a colonoscopy on your hands. Congrats. The book fudging took 3 years from when it happen, but I don't know when it was first discovered. The second round with the SEC was over options. If I recall, they were given in the money without being in public board minutes. Likely, the grantees fiddled tax as well. That took less time for people to go to jail.

Qwest crimes were fudges with Enron in 1999-2001.

SEC filed civil suit in 2005, Nacchio was sentenced in 2007. His fine was $19M and he had to forfeit $52M in ill gotten gains from selling the stock during his pump.

The Gold case is so straightforward, I don't know what the delay is about.
