Cousins was a inept manager who tried his best to stay hidden and was actually pretty good at that.

It's obvious that DSF didn't like what I wrote about her incompentency as a manager. Her reps don't like her, she's a tyrant and when things aren't going her way she threatens her reps with their job. Wait a minute, she'd be perfect for the directors job!!
