I don't care if Wave 2 is on hold or "on hood", these positions will NEVER be filled.

Actually this is probably a good decision as the drug seems to have a slim shot at getting approved . Why bring on the staff until you have an approval ?

Renal has to sell LN for now and potentially for the next 9-12 mths. There is room to grow but the current vol. supports the roles . Add on Dapro and off to the races but patience and persistence is key . Understandable frustration from the renal team but work on what pays us. Look for ways to grow and that doesn’t happen in a vacuum . On a side note if leadership can’t deliver an increase in stock price, we need top up turnover until it’s delivered .

Now that we are facing job cuts, maybe some of us will be happier with other opportunities within the company. Selling Ben for LN and Daprodustat for dialysis…doesn’t sound like anything but a head banging experience

You'd be best to look for work at another company. Go to a thriving company full of positive energy, something that GSK lacks.

If you have retirement medical benefits locked in and you are allowed to raise your hand...DO IT....if you are offered a package.....TAKE IT!!!! Smartest thing I ever did and learned I can get similar or better sales jobs at other company's and other industries (medical devices is where I landed)....although I lacked the experience they were more than willing to train as their is not a good supply of capable candidates for the healthcare industry......guaranteed you will bank the whole severence......be smart and update the resume and pray for the opportunity.
