Worse performing biotech past 4yrs
Poor M&A deals
Passed on deals that other companies made billions
Bought drugs that were swamp land
Mandated vaccine or terminated
Pushing employees to dinate funding abortions

The company poor performance in a record soaring stock market is the reason Dan must be terminated.
The recent contradicting decision with mandate or fire vaccination & pushing freedom of healthcare w abortion on employees is just final nail is his Gilead tenure.
Needed to go before recent decisions but must go now. He & Joanna need a package exit yesterday as both have lost 100% of employee confidence with the organization
Both have made bonehead decisions that have hurt performance and our stock (worse performing 100bil+ value biotech past few yrs)
 






Dan & Joanna side show has come to an end. The company has no growth or leadership under their rein the past few years while the stock price has lost value even with the $3.5 Billion in Remdesivir windfall to pay the bills.
Time to get your nice 10mil termination pay and go to a startup...... Joanna just needs to be out of the industry period.
 
























Dan seems like a nice person but he is an awful CEO. He single-handedly blew $35
Billion is worthless investments the last couple of years. Yet he’s rewarded with a $19
Million dollar bonus last year while the company stock tanked in an overall positive stock market. Nice job Dan. Go home and call is a career please.
 






From poor FDA applications, to poor aquititions, to poor partnerships, paying billions in termination fees, poor executive hired to just plan poor 4yr performance , Dan O'Day time is up.
All the contradicting statements on mandatory Vax or termination and pushing support of abortion is just an after fact as Corp poor performance is why he has to go.
 






It's time to clean house & get back to the specialized Biotech model & mindset we were founded on that drove the stock price through the roof. These new leaders from Dan to Joanna to Greene & down have done nothing but dummy down a water base PC model & crashed the stock in the greatest stock market ever-- Gilead was down past 4yrs with these poor hired leaders that need to be in Primary Care NOT Biotech Specialty .
That sums up the WHY Gilead has been in the tank...... then unqualified biotech leaders hire PC type of people unset them & the chain continues down to the reps
DAN & JOANNA have turned Gilead into a Primary Care mindset & model while killing performance!
This is why Gilead is where it is.
(Even Joanna & Stu screwed up Oncology hiring people running from other co or that were calibrated average at best w prior companies so we get marginal Oncology people at best)

The biggest problem is a complete lack of understanding our business and lack of focus on production - this was replaced by forcing their beliefs down our throats and hiring under qualified people for positions based solely on their color

Remdesivir saved his a** last year. Remdesivir saw $5.6B in sales in 2021. It could be doing more this year but the horrible marketing and sales direction is totally off base. The reps are literally making nothing in bonus. All they're getting is bitched at about not probing appropriately and not delivering key messages.

All you misinformed cry babies need to put accountability on the BU VP’s on down the line that fail to tow the line. Just a bunch of yes men and women who don’t feed exec’s what they need to hear. Only what they want to hear.

Dan has done the opposite! His only saving grace from the stock going into 30s was stumbling upon Remdesivir working on covid which he has even screwed up that potential with relinquishing lifetime rights of Orphan Drug Status then he & Joanna sitting on the golden opportunity of coming out with an oral which would have been the biggest drug in industry history!
No growth, no increase sales, no increase stock price & poor oncology aquition strategy = Dan & Joanna must go!
