I agree with this. Give your two weeks notice today and leave. Stop driving two hours every day and spend time with your family and then we do not need to hear your complaints.

What wankers sign a pricey long term lease in Dallas in a horrible location for associates while still paying a long term lease in Fort Worth on a bunch of buildings?
Young, talented people. Fort Worth is where you go live out your old age and die. Galderma doesn’t want to be associated with farms and cows; it was the right move.
Relocating offices and a new company logo hasn’t contributed to company growth or IPO. All costs No sales.
I think the question was, who wants to work at Galderma? Very few people at this point. It is a toxic and horrible place to work.
No one wants to work here anymore. Most depressing and toxic work environment.
This place is literally the worst place I ever worked. You can feel the misery when you walk in. It has never been this bad. The USLT are horrible and do zero for employees. They are huge gossip queens. They are dragging the company down. Who will they fire or layoff this week?
I think this happening already with people leaving on their own, getting fired and getting laid off. You maybe the last snowflake left.
It‘s not that easy. Galderma is not a reference. And above 50 it’s even more difficult.
Experience within Galderma won’t bring ANY opportunities outside of Galderma. Ask the senior leaders dismissed by Flemming how the job search is going.
So true! So many unemployed exGalderma managers unable to find a job. Galderma is a dead end.
I stopped going to the office and no one has said anything. Last time I went to the office, there were very few people there. No idea why they would spend money leasing out to floors in an expensive downtown Dallas building if no one is going to show up. The Fort Worth office is just sitting there empty and we are still paying for it.
Dallas is the perfect fit for us, we don’t have a winning quarterback to lead the team either!!
I just love the Dallas office space! Parking is easy and cheap and the morale and compassion of having almost 100% occupancy every day of the week puts a big smile on my face.
